Important information about working with Law Partner On Call.

Law Partner On Call (LPOC) provides litigation support, legal research, consulting, and related services primarily to licensed attorneys and law firms throughout the United States.

Designed to Support Licensed Attorneys

Law Partner On Call is designed to support attorneys who are licensed in their respective states.

LPOC is set up to provide support to, and work under, only licensed attorneys. Normally, LPOC will be contacted by and hired by and will work through a client’s existing attorney.
 

Attorney Licensing by State

Every State in the United States licenses attorneys individually.

LPOC does already include and/or work with some attorneys from many States. The lawyers available are subject to change based on availability, scheduling conflicts, and subject matter expertise or competence in relation to a particular case.

Working with Non-Lawyers

LPOC may be able to work directly with non-lawyers in certain States, but only if LPOC has available licensed attorneys in that State able to work on the type of case.

If LPOC cannot provide an attorney licensed in that State, services cannot be provided; this is due to laws in various States.

Payment Terms

Payment for services of Legal Solutions, LLC is normally due immediately by check or Zelle, and an estimated payment will usually be required before work begins.
